Mechanical servicing is carried out on the chassis and engine of your motorhome or campervan, and depending on the mileage of your vehicle, a full mechanical service should be carried out at least every two years or at certain mileage intervals if sooner. Manufactures also recommend that the engine oil and oil filter is changed in between the years of the full service and in line with vehicle manufacturers recommendations, due to the relatively low number of miles covered. A mechanical vehicle health check is undertaken when the engine oil and oil filter change is carried out.
